Adarve Flats has digital access

Main entrance and apartment check in is with a code

This code is sent to the guest when the online registering for all guests is made.

Guests registering is mandatory by 4/2015 30th march Spanish Organic Law to citizens security protection, 25 article, touristic business offering lodge must keep documentary register.

Collection and processing of this data will be done in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD), with the purpose of prevention, investigation , detection or prosecution of criminal offenses, and pursuant to Organic Law 4/2015, of March 30, on the Protection of Citizen Security, article 25.1. The data will be kept for three years and will be available to State bodies and security forces with competence in the matter. Early check in or late check out could be possible when there is availability with an extra charge.

We don’t have luggage storage room to store suitcases and bags.

It is not mandatory, but it could be required a credit card to charge any damages caused during your stay.

Local authorities provides mobile garbage containers in special schedule. From 19.00 to 23.00 it is posible to throw your trash in Tenerias street, next to Adarve Flats building.

No, smoking is not allow in the apartments, nor in the communal areas.

No, pets are not allowed to stay in Adarve Flats.

Circulation by car in downtown Valencia is allowed only to residents and vehicles with special permission by Local Authorities.
